The first step in creating an invoice is to select a company.
You can then select the time entries to put on the invoice.
If you have setup any scheduled billings for the company you can select them here to be included in the invoice.
You can add any number of custom line items to the invoice.
The Individual Gross Sales report lets you to quickly see the cost vs revenues for all employees over a time period.
The Sales by Item Code report lets you to see your sales over any period of time and includes the ability to drill down and get more details for each item code.
You can quickly create a new project and tasks by using the Create Project menu item.
You can quickly add time to any project or company by using the Quick Add tab.
You can use the autocomplete to quickly find any project, task or company defined in SureInvoice.
Using the calendar view you can quickly see what you have done and what you have coming up.
The Recent Time provides a quick count of the hours worked over the last 7 days plus access to a report for each day.
The home page shows you upcoming tasks and recent account history.
You can use a timer to keep track of the time spent on a task, you can have as many timers running as you want and they will keep running even when you are logged out of SureInvoice.
You can view or export a report that shows the time spent by employees, invoice or project.
